Routes 44, 60, 63, 65, 66 and 67 will operate via Kirjaskatu instead of Tallikatu from 27 August 2026. The diversion is expected to remain in effect until late September.

From the school campus area towards Valkeakoski city centre, the diversion route will follow Lempääläntie – Kirjaskatu – Radanvarsitie – Ulvajankatu. In the opposite direction, buses will operate along the same route in reverse. Temporary bus stops will be available at both ends of Kirjaskatu.

Stops towards the Valkeakoski school campus, Kangasala and Tampere:

Stops towards Valkeakoski city centre:

• Radanvarsi 9940

The bus route along Lempääläntie will not be available south of Kirjaskatu. As a result, the Roopenkatu (8969, 8970), Tallikatu (8967, 8968) ja Kirjaskatu (8965, 8966) stops will be closed.

The diversion arrangements are due to construction works starting on Lempääläntie.
