Service calendar

The autumn season starts on Monday 5 August 2024 and ends on Monday 6 January 2025. Timetables change to meet demand. Commuter and school bus lines are returning to service.

Lines 37, 39, 44, 46, 47, 48A, 48B, 48C, 48D, 49, 77, 78 and 86 do not operate. The school day service of line 12 Ratina - Reuharinniemi is also on break.

Daylight saving time ends on the night between Saturday and Sunday, October 27, 2024 at 03:00, when the clocks will be set one hour forward, i.e. to four o'clock.

• The tram does not operate departures between 03:00 and 03:59. Trips that left before 3 a.m. and trips starting at 4 a.m. will run as normal.
• As a rule, buses do not operate departures between 03:00 and 03:59. Some of these trips will be transferred to the hour starting at 04:00. There is night service on lines 2-10, 40, 50, 70 and 80.

On November 2nd which is Saturday, we operate according to the Saturday schedule. The demand based line 95KUTSU at Orivesi does not operate.

On the eve of Independence Day, which is Thursday, December 5th, we operate according to the Friday schedule. This means that lines 2-10, 40, 50, 70, and 80 have more late-night and night trips compared to a typical weekday evening.

On Independence Day itself, which is Friday, December 6th, we follow the Sunday schedule. Additionally, there are night trips available on lines 2-10, 40, 50, 60, 70, and 80Y.

Christmas Eve, Tuesday, December 24th:

Until approximately 4:00 PM, we follow the Sunday schedule. Line 95KUTSU does not operate. After 4:00 PM part of the lines continue service until the evening as follows:

• Lines 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 50 and 60 operate according to the Sunday schedule
• Lines 4, 40, 70 and 80Y operate by special schedules on the following routes:
  • Line 4 Länsi-Hervanta - Keskustori
  • Line 40 Kangasala (city center) - Tampere
  • Line 70 Nokia (railway station) - Tampere
  • Line 80Y Kauraslampi - Ylöjärvi - Vuorentausta - Tampere

Christmas Day, Wednesday, December 25th:

• From 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, lines 2-10, 40, 50, 60, 70, and 80Y operate by special schedules.

Boxing Day, Thursday, December 26th:

• We maintain the Sunday schedule.

On New Year's eve, which is Tuesday, December 31, we operate according to the Friday schedule. This means that lines 2-10, 40, 50, 70, and 80 have more late-night and night trips compared to a typical weekday evening.

On New Year's Day itself, which is Wednesday, January 1st, we follow the Sunday schedule.

All lines follow the Sunday schedule.
