There are temporary service changes in Nysse during the festival held at Santalahti Event Park. You can travel to the event by tram 1 until late evening. After midnight, tram 1R operates in the area, and during the early morning hours, night bus 20 is available.
Santalahti is also accessible from the bus stops on Pispalan valtatie via the new elevator tower and pedestrian bridge (bus stops Pulteri 1506 and 1507).
The event ticket also serves as a valid travel ticket on Nysse public transport. Please validate the QR code on your event ticket using the ticket device on every journey.

- Line 40: Kangasala – Tampere

Detour Routes
Due to tram line construction work on Itsenäisyydenkatu, there will be additional changes during the Midsummer period. Tram 3 will operate only between Hervanta and Hakametsä during Midsummer nights from 22:00 to 06:00. Transfer connection to/from the city centre is available on Line 7 at Hakametsä.
Bus 6 will follow a detour route from 21:00 on Midsummer’s Eve, skipping the Sorsapuisto stop. Towards Kaleva, the route will use Lähteenkatu (stop: Sorsapuisto 9942). The line will return to Itsenäisyydenkatu in both directions on Sunday, June 22 around 07-09 AM.
Timetables
All Midsummer timetables and route details are available in the Nysse Journey Planner and Timetable Service. Normal routes and schedules will resume on Sunday morning, June 22, 2025.
On Thursday, July 17, 2025, we will operate according to the Friday schedule. This means that tram line 3 and bus lines 2–10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, and 80 will have more late evening departures compared to a regular weekday.
