News update: the problem was fixed on 16 Feb 2024 around 11.00 am.

The online service has experienced an disruption as of Thursday evening, 15 February 2024. The problem is currently being investigated and efforts are being made to get the service up and running as soon as possible.

Our sales points and customer service will operate as normal according to their opening hours.

Tickets can also be purchased quickly using the Nysse Mobile app and contactless payment.
