You can buy a travel card from our customer service or order one from the Nella.fi online service and have it delivered directly to your home. The travel card can be ordered well in advance of the child's 7th birthday.
On the Nella.fi website, order a travel card under Buy a travel card on behalf of another person. When you act on behalf of an underage child, your rights will be verified from the Population Information System using Suomi.fi e-Authorizations. If the child has a security ban or another guardian has a security ban, you will not be able to act on behalf of an underage child.
You can also visit our customer service. Please take your child’s ID (e.g. Kela card) to ensure that the child’s identity can be verified when purchasing a ticket.
