Rights of the registered person

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 grants the person whose data is processed (= the registered) various rights. These rights apply differently depending on the basis on which the personal data are processed. For example, a person has the right to know whether and what personal data are being processed and to request information about him or her. They also have the right to request that inaccurate personal data be corrected.

The controller of the data collected by Nysse is the City of Tampere. The developer and maintainer of the Nysse Mobiili application is Waltti Solutions Oy, which is also responsible for the registers of the service.

We have revised our privacy notices. Instead of having one privacy notice, there are now two – one for Nysse customer register and another one for Nysse feedback register.

Nysse Customer register consists of three parts:

• Customer register for the travel card system (customers who have purchased a personal travel card)
• Nella.fi online service (users of the service)
• Benefit ticket register (customers entitled to a benefit).
