Routes 48A, 48B, 48C and 48D do not operate during upper secondary school holidays.

Service Changes from 2 March 2026: Service changes will be introduced on line 48 after the winter break to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The first morning departure of line 48C will be moved from Pohja to Kuhmalahti due to low passenger numbers. Shortening the route reduces operating costs.
In the afternoon, line 48D will no longer operate via Tiihala. The area will be served from 14:00 onwards by line 43U. The change shortens travel time towards Sahalahti and Kuhmalahti.
